MPS Textiles B.V. (MPS) was founded in 1997 by Michael van Praag Sigaar, and is headquartered in Nieuw-Vennep, The Netherlands, with offices in Germany and Serbia. The company started with production in Estonia and trading in bed linen products. MPS Textiles conducts business in more than 15 countries and is engaged in every aspect of the production of bedding and wellness products, including development, manufacturing and marketing, transport and sales.

Together with the diverse and highly skilled team distributed over The Netherlands, Germany and Serbia, MPS Textiles is the right partner at your side. With experience for over 45 years, MPS is now one of the leading European supplier of Home textiles.

Our Mission

MPS strives to build and expand an assortment together with its customers. This is done by supporting its prospects and customers with products development and innovation. The company develops in-store Displays, promotional material and even complete shop-in-shop concepts, as well as training the sales staff of the customers to improve turnover and margin. We are always one step ahead in strategy, concept development and product innovation.

TIMELINE OF OUR JOURNEY

• 1997: The start of production in Estonia and trade in bed linen products.
• 2004: Building a market position with the production of 200.000 duvets and pillows per month.
• 2005: The start of a joint venture in China for labor-intensive bed textile products.
• 2014: Opening of a new office in Serbia.
• 2016: Partnership with a factory in Serbia.
• 2018: Distribution agreement for France.
• 2019: Agency agreement Dutch market.

Quality

Manufacturing takes place under strict specifications laid down in extensive protocols and article specifications. Products are followed throughout the entire production process; a system is created to trace each and every product by a unique code. To avoid that the products contain any kind of harmful substances, products are continuously tested by the Oekotex organization. Various tests are done by renowned test institutions, including the EIM Munich and the LGA/TUV organization.
